Adam Withrow is running for the United States Senate to bring a fresh perspective to Congress.
By now, we all know who the major parties work for, and we know that they don't work for us. Oligarchy is not a possibility, it is our reality. We do not have to accept this, and it is our responsibility to stop it.

ENERGY
Let's get real. Fossil fuels are obsolete. Yes, we have them. Yes, we will continue to use them, but they are finite resources, and the rate we use them up keeps increasing. Building for the future based on resources we know will run out is beyond foolish. The possibilities for the future are amazingly bright, and we must pave the way for a smooth transition starting today.
HEALTHCARE
The business of medicine is out of control. Our health and well-being have taken the back seat to corporate profits. We have the worst health outcomes per dollar spent, and the goal appears to be more about keeping us hooked than anything else. It's time to re imagine our healthcare system and create one that works for everyone. We pretend to be the champions of human rights, but we live in a society that treats health as a privilege.
ANTI-WAR, EVERY WAR
It's time to get out of the mentality of the 20th Century. We do not need to dominate the globe, and we need to recognize that our attempts to do so are both disrespectful and dangerous. We are a nation among nations, not above.
It is not in our best interest to prop up brutal regimes, nor is it in our interest to fund conflicts against our business competitors. While military readiness is important, global dominance is foolish and impossible. It is a waste of both lives and money to try, and we have long since abandoned even the appearance of the moral high ground.
