-Penalize those who receive substantive, material favors for their contributions. Penalize those who do the favors, as well.
-De-monetize our elections. The big donors expect to get more money back than they gave. Our elected officials are bought out before they serve a day in office.

-Distinguish between a natural person and an artificial entity, i.e. a corporation. Prevent artificial entities from participating.
-Create central, federal repository for candidate and platform info for all registered candidates at all phases of elections.
